Build on Windows buildserver

What was done:

  • Set up the Windows Build server
  • Get the compiled pyd files as artifacts

What remains to be done:

  • Clean up compil scripts, maybe set up a Cmake
  • Add Linux and MacOS compilations
  • Add tests
