cleanup all the unit tests according to namespace policy

eric pellegrini requested to merge feature/unit-tests-cleanup into develop

the unit tests have been cleanup for the sake of consistency with nsxqt. The use namespace nsx must be avoided in the future with fully qualified nsxlib types.
