Feature/chemical databases refactoring

Chemical database refactoring. The previous design was a bit over-complicated with the existence of 3 database, one for the isotopes, one for the elements and one for the materials. The new design just contains now the database for the isotopes and the elements and materials database have now been replaced by an much improved chemical formula parser.
