Feature/lorentz

This branch removes the hard-coded Lorentz factor and instead uses an analytic expression which is independent of the axis of rotation.

I have tested on D19 thom data, achieving the best R factors to date. (This is partially due to also fixing the problem with the delta omega correction.)
