Feature/intensity integration

I added some basic algorithm to guess calculated peak shape based on nearby peaks, and then update the integrated intensities. It still needs some imrpovement but I need to discuss with the biodiff scientists to see how well works. I would like to merge before this branch diverges too far from develop, and also because I would like to work on some new features which depend on changes introduced in this branch.
