Re-organisation of the code: all symmetry constraints are now in the module CFML_gSpaceGroups, in the submodule gS_Get_Orb_Stabilizer_Constr.f90. They are used by CFML_KeyCodes.f90 and CFML_Keywords_Code_Parser.f90. The corresponding submodules concerned with constrains have been removed.
