Update .gitlab-ci.yml to deal with the lack of screenshots (see issue https://code.ill.fr/scientific-software/mantill/-/issues/1)

Temporarily remove D22 system tests failing due to parallax correction, pending final decision on the correction implementation.

From the logs of different builds, it seems that test data are needed by
the documentation during build.

Keep history of deb packages

During deployment, the deb file is saved and an history of 5 previous
deb packages are also kept.

Added rules for jobs in the compilation and tests pipeline, so they don't trigger on push to the main branch.
