Selecting peaks for auto-indexing based on I/sigmaI

In case of very large datasets (e.g. Biodiff with ~ 30000 peaks) it can very tedious to select those peaks prior auto-indexing. Adding the possibility to select them based on a I/sigmaI criteria would be very convenient.
