Moved CommandBoxMap::resetInstance() at the end of CommandZone::resetInstances() to avoid mutex error

Implementation of the limitation of the size of the launch pad: CommandBoxMap is responsible of the deletion of the command boxes, CommandZone::onCommandBoxFinished() performs the check of the number of finished command boxes

Commented code of CommandZone::deleteFinishedCommandBoxes() as long as the client does not implement the CommandBoxDeleted event
